As Assistant Director of Care and Educator, you will work with the Director of Care to oversee assigned areas within Extendicare’s care model. The full-time position calls for at least three years of registered long-term care experience, current nursing registration, and leadership capability. Robust communication, data-informed improvement, and experience with Point Click Care and Point of Care support this work.

Exigences:

- Fluency in French and English
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse license
- Minimum three years’ registered long-term care experience
- Proven quality improvement and positive resident outcomes
- Experience in unionized environments and collective agreements
