This Network Operations Specialist position supports Elevare Health’s current Network Operations Center at St. Paul’s Hospital. You will monitor infrastructure, platforms, and applications while maintaining situational awareness across complex systems. The work also includes network upgrades, maintenance, security practices, and collaboration with technology teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform real-time incident triage and technical diagnosis
- Provide corrective actions for routine and complex events
- Assist with network upgrades, patches, and maintenance
- Maintain monitoring dashboards, alert definitions,



and telemetry coverage
- Support planned downtime and disaster recovery procedures

Requirements:

- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Three years’ recent experience in complex networked environments
- Advanced troubleshooting and networking skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple incidents simultaneously
- Understanding of privacy, security regulations, and best practices
