Support Island Health’s enterprise network infrastructure as a Senior Network Analyst focused on complex troubleshooting, upgrades, and service continuity across multiple sites. Regular travel may be required.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Network Operations, this temporary full-time position delivers advanced technical support and project implementation. Responsibilities include identifying problems, recommending modifications, planning deployments, and maintaining reliable network services. You will also contribute to documentation, standards, and collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced support for enterprise network infrastructure
- Identify network problems and recommend technical modifications




- Plan current deployments and infrastructure upgrades
- Ensure continuity of network services
- Contribute to standards, documentation, and network projects

Requirements:

- Computer Science degree or diploma from a recognized program
- Three years’ recent related experience or equivalent education
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s license
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Physical ability to perform position duties
