The Fintech New Bets team expands Jobber beyond payments into insurance, consumer financing, cards, and business banking. You will own the product side of new bets, working with commercial and strategy partners from idea through shipped product. The work demands autonomy, fintech expertise, and confident decisions with thin data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify products Jobber should build, buy, or partner to deliver
- Design pilots and make evidence-based go or no-go recommendations
- Assess partner capabilities, economics, risk, and customer experience




- Lead first product versions from pilot through scale
- Elevate product thinking across the fintech group

Requirements:

- Proven record taking current products from concept to launch
- Staff or principal-level strategy and organizational influence
- Understanding of partner, risk, and compliance ecosystems
- Exceptional product sense and commercial rigor
- Ability to de-risk bets and recognize when to walk away
