Responsibilities include maintaining auto extension business, quoting home policies, writing Sandbox Mutual Insurance Extension and Got Toys policies, and addressing complex client concerns. The supervisor also supports organizational goals and procedure implementation.

- Maintain the current auto extension book of business
- Quote new home business policies as required
- Write Sandbox Mutual Extension and Got Toys policies
- Review staff correspondence for professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve complex problems and client complaints
Requirements:
- Complete all MPI and Special Risk Extension courses
- Understand MPI commercial vehicle coverage requirements
- Use EPIC and other computer systems proficiently
- Apply sound judgment under pressure
- Follow standardized policies and procedures
