This Clinical Supervisor role provides discipline-specific supervision for regulated and unregulated staff. You will support excellence in professional practice and quality, patient and family-centered care. The work includes assessment, psychosocial and psychological interventions, documentation review, case consultation, and timely clinical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise clinicians delivering addiction and mental health services
- Review clinical documentation, written reports, and observed sessions
- Guide staff through complex and urgent clinical cases




- Identify clinical practice gaps and facilitate system-level responses
- Support hiring, orientation, and performance evaluation processes

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent preparation
- Full registration or eligibility with the applicable regulatory college
- Five years’ experience in mental health assessment and intervention
- Knowledge of restricted psychosocial intervention practice
- Preferred qualification: Connect Care experience
