Shape data center compliance and infrastructure operations for Cloudflare’s global network through access controls, audit readiness, and operational leadership.

As Senior Manager, you will lead two teams supporting physical infrastructure across 750+ sites in 125+ countries. The scope includes SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISMAP, and IRAP obligations, alongside incident response and hardware lifecycle operations. Success requires strong program management, stakeholder communication, and practical understanding of colocation environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own quarterly and monthly global access reviews
- Maintain physical access provisioning and ACL integrity
- Lead decommissioning evidence and records closure




- Manage ITAD vendors and secure destruction requirements
- Maintain executive relationships with GRC leaders

Requirements:

- 7+ years in infrastructure, network, or data center operations
- At least 3 years managing people
- Experience with decommissioning or hardware lifecycle management
- Operational familiarity with SOC 2 or FedRAMP
- Solid multi-workstream program management skills
