Huron seeks a consulting Manager to lead Core HR workstreams across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. You will guide clients through system familiarization, solution design, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support. The position requires functional application expertise and robust analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct system familiarization and requirements-gathering activities
- Perform fit-gap analysis and design Oracle Cloud solutions
- Configure, test, and support Core HR implementations
- Ensure integration across Payroll, Benefits, and Talent




- Manage client stakeholders and advise on solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years in consulting Core HR implementations
- Experience as a functional application specialist
- End-to-end implementation experience with Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM
- Ability to contribute across multiple project scales and durations
