Keep hospitality technology running smoothly as an IT Specialist supporting Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, Alberta. Troubleshoot devices, systems, and connectivity for colleagues.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will support day-to-day IT services within a premier hospitality property. Your responsibilities span equipment deployment, device configuration, asset records, software licensing, system access, and technical service requests. Collaboration with regional and broader technology teams supports alignment with Accor standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy equipment through imaging, driver installation, and configuration
- Install, configure, and maintain workplace technology equipment
- Maintain accurate IT asset and software licensing records




- Prepare and recover equipment during colleague onboarding and offboarding
- Execute IT tasks and projects directed by the IT Manager

Requirements:

- One to two years in IT support, help desk, or infrastructure
- Degree, diploma, or technical certification in IT or related field
- Hotel or hospitality operations understanding is advantageous
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable working style
- Ability to work independently and learn recent challenges
