The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness leads enterprise talent strategies aligned with Masco Canada’s objectives. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, you will attract, develop, engage, and retain talent through workforce planning, talent reviews, succession readiness, and continuous learning. The role also oversees HR analytics and employee experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the organization’s Talent Management strategy
- Lead workforce planning, talent review, and succession processes
- Oversee leadership and career development initiatives
- Use HR analytics to evaluate program effectiveness




- Champion employee engagement and employer branding strategies

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum five years in a senior leadership role
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience leading strategic HR initiatives and transformation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
