As Senior Pharmacy Technician, you will work alongside the Automation and Stock Control Senior Pharmacy Technician. The post oversees John Radcliffe Dispensary operations and manages a 28-member team. Your work supports inpatient, outpatient, and discharge medication supply while maintaining safe, timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read work situations and make informed decisions under pressure
- Ensure dispensary tasks meet standards and performance indicators
- Manage recruitment, induction, training, and appraisals
- Handle performance or disciplinary processes when required
- Promote health and safety across the dispensary

Requirements:

- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Particular interest in leadership and service development
- Confident decision-maker in a busy setting
- Clear leadership and strong technical skills
- Participation in weekend and early or late rotas
