Real Time Rail payments depend on disciplined quality engineering, release testing, and issue analysis at Interac. This Senior Specialist role supports operational oversight across Canada.

Reporting to the Leader, Process and Operational Excellence, the role focuses on product quality and successful production deployments. You will combine manual and automated testing with UAT support, release recommendations, and collaboration across technical and business teams. ServiceNow experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design testing approaches supporting product quality and release readiness
- Execute functional, integration, and non-functional testing activities
- Analyze issues and track resolution before releases
- Provide recommendations after reviewing UAT results




- Support production deployments and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Four to six years of Quality Engineering or Testing Automation
- Experience testing on the ServiceNow Platform
- Knowledge of functional, integration, and non-functional methodologies
- Ability to communicate across technical and business teams
- ServiceNow certifications such as ITSM, IRM, SIR, or VR
