This Senior Product Specialist provides recognized product expertise across coverages, regulations, legislation, and industry conditions. The position supports portfolio profitability by maintaining underwriting guidelines, designing products, and overseeing forms. It also contributes expertise to reinsurance arrangements, acquisitions, and product conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain underwriting rules and risk selection guidelines
- Author compliant policy wordings, forms, and reference materials
- Liaise with Reinsurance on portfolio risk exposure




- Support due diligence for portfolio and broker acquisitions
- Recommend products for portfolio conversion

Requirements:

- Five years successful personal lines underwriting experience preferred
- CIP or FCIP designation preferred
- Business, Economics, or Mathematics degree preferred
- Expert knowledge of personal lines products and materials
- Solid communication and critical thinking skills
