Lead Jobber’s payments growth engine using experimentation, customer journey design, and strong data instincts from anywhere in Canada.

This Principal Payments GTM Operations and Strategy role reports to the VP and GM of Payments and Fintech. You will build programs, processes, and measurement across teams touching payments go-to-market. Your work will improve customer discovery, activation, ongoing usage, and revenue growth for Jobber’s Get Paid products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities to improve payments customer outcomes
- Run experiments and rapidly iterate from measured results
- Establish programs and processes for coordinated growth
- Build relationships across GTM, Product, RevOps, and Analytics
- Monitor vertical SaaS and embedded payments competitors

Requirements:

- Experience mobilizing teams and driving measurable operating results
- Strategic partnership experience with senior leaders
- Knowledge of payments metrics and growth strategies
- SQL experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver results
