This Field Services Analyst position combines hands-on deployment with software, hardware, and network support. You will work with rugged computers, tablets, radios, GPS antennas, switches, cabling, and DC power connections. The position also includes site inspections, deployment reporting, issue tracking, escalation, and training. Wenco seeks three to seven years of related experience across mining, industrial technology, or comparable environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install rugged computers, tablets, radios, antennas, switches, and cabling
- Perform electrical fault-finding and installed hardware repairs




- Inspect sites and prepare deployment reports
- Document client issues through resolution in tracking systems
