Alberta Health Services is seeking a Pharmacist I for University of Alberta Hospital and Stollery Children’s Hospital. You will provide assessment, intervention, and resolution of actual or potential drug-related problems. You will collaborate with clinical teams, patients, and families while supporting safe pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage medication therapy initially and ongoing
- Identify and resolve potential drug-related problems
- Contribute to individualized therapeutic plans
- Check oral, parenteral, chemotherapeutic, and topical products
- Provide guidance to Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Alberta College of Pharmacy registration eligibility
- Experience with drug information systems
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Qualified accountability and effective communication
