Support children receiving autism therapy at Bierman Autism Centers through assessments, treatment planning, and ethical programming. Work full time in center-based services Monday through Friday.

This Board Certified Behavior Analyst position oversees ABA programs, assigned clients, and behavior technicians. You will make consistent programming decisions, monitor progress, conduct overlaps, and collaborate with caregivers in clinic and home settings when appropriate. The role also supports clinical directors, student supervision, and community promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee ABA programs and monitor client progress
- Update progress reports for assigned clients
- Conduct caregiver collaboration and parent training sessions




- Direct and supervise behavior technicians managing programs
- Keep current with research and behavior-analytic best practices

Requirements:

- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Ability to maintain required practice licensure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Clinical experience in early intervention preferred
- Ability to meet hourly and monthly authorization requirements
