Shape financial planning and business performance analysis as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Bayshore HealthCare’s operations in hybrid Mississauga.
As part of Bayshore HealthCare, you will manage planning, reporting, and analytical tools supporting operational leaders. Your work will address KPIs, revenue and cost drivers, pricing decisions, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial results. You will also help safeguard reporting integrity and meet compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and track KPIs with Regional and Area Directors
- Support pricing decisions for recent businesses and renewals
- Build planning approaches around revenue and cost drivers
- Lead variance analysis and identify root causes
- Ensure reliable, accurate financial reporting with accounting
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree with CPA designation or candidacy
- At least three years of FP&A; experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently with diverse groups
- Confidentiality with client and corporate information
