This Full Stack Engineer develops and supports applications powering Workforce Management, Customer Experience, and operational processes. You will contribute across backend services, React and TypeScript interfaces, REST APIs, data models, and cloud deployment patterns. The position also involves CI/CD, observability, troubleshooting, and collaboration with technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design modular microservices using object-oriented and event-driven patterns
- Containerize applications and support consistent cloud-based deployments
- Build Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates
- Instrument applications with logging, metrics, tracing,



and error reporting
- Troubleshoot issues while improving resilience, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements:

- Five-plus years contributing to production full-stack applications
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed environments
- Cloud-based and containerized application development or support experience
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, observability tools, and secure delivery
- Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure APIs
