This Agile Delivery Manager role supports successful project delivery and team excellence across client initiatives. You will facilitate Agile Project Management practices, coach teams, and foster continuous improvement. The position also requires transparent reporting, relationship building, and coordination with business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide teams through agile practices and ceremonies
- Define and track team performance metrics
- Conduct team maturity assessments
- Manage software release activities
- Support business pursuits and client relationships
Requirements:
- Certified Advanced Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent
- CSM or Scrum at Scale certification is a plus
- Backlog tracking and Scrum or Kanban metrics experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
