This experienced Human Resources Business Partner supports Edmonton and Camrose facilities through practical, in office leadership. The position works with mill Superintendents, General Supervisors, and first line leaders. Its focus includes employee relations, policy guidance, training programs, and sustainable technical talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop genuine HR Business Partner relationships across facilities
- Provide management counsel on policies and procedures
- Administer training and development programs as assigned
- Advance collaborative cultural change through practical action

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, or related discipline
- Five years’ minimum experience as an HR Business Partner
- Heavy industrial or manufacturing environment experience
- Experience with grievances, bargaining, and conflict resolution
- Mature, hands-on, tactically focused leadership style
