Keep product operations moving through dashboards, release coordination, and customer feedback at Dealer Image Pro in Calgary. The position is fully in office.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with Dealer Image Pro’s VP of Product within PBS Systems. Your focus includes organizing product issues, analyzing usage and adoption, supporting releases, and translating technical findings into recommendations. You will help maintain accurate product information and keep routine operations progressing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze usage, adoption, and customer experience data
- Track product issues, feedback, ideas, and release information
- Participate in sprint planning and rollout tracking
- Maintain current release notes and version updates
- Turn findings into practical product recommendations

Requirements:

- Two to four years of relevant software-related experience
- Ability to explain technical information clearly
- Experience asking useful questions during investigations
- Experience with structured quality assurance is additional
- HTML and basic CSS knowledge is additional
