As a full time, permanent Health and Safety Specialist, you will help maintain a strong safety culture for employees and customers. Your work includes preventive programs, policies, action plans, claims management, investigations, and safety performance tracking. You will collaborate with operations and Health and Safety Committees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop preventive programs, policies, and OHS action plans
- Support incident reporting, claims management, and return-to-work programs
- Participate in investigations and recommend corrective measures
- Analyze OHS trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Health and Safety Committees

Requirements:

- Two or more years in a training role
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Confidence addressing groups of varying sizes
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Systematics experience is an asset
- Willingness to travel within and around the province
