As Manager, Health & Safety, you will oversee policies, prevention strategies, reporting, risk assessments, and auditing across Stelumar’s multi-site operations. Reporting to People & Culture leadership, you will communicate standards, educate workers and partners, and collaborate with Mattamy Homes’ Director of Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote health and safety programs across facilities and offices
- Share safety best practices, lessons learned, and precautions
- Educate employees, contractors, and partners on safety standards
- Liaise with inspectors, subcontractors, public stakeholders, and government authorities




- Coordinate contractor, vendor, fire, HVAC, and electrical safety requirements

Requirements:

- Experience leading safety in automated manufacturing facilities
- Working knowledge of industrial robot safety standards
- Robust leadership, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
- Experience building health and safety programs from the ground up
- Microsoft Office proficiency and regular GTA site travel willingness
