This Vice President role leads the technology partner ecosystem across AI solutions, Microsoft, ISVs, global payroll, and Dayforce Build. You will influence Product and Engineering on APIs, integrations, certification, and the AI roadmap. You will also guide four senior leaders toward one operating rhythm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build the partner strategy extending Dayforce AI capabilities
- Recruit partners, agents, and solutions for current revenue
- Advance partner builds from proof of concept to production
- Set quality, security, and certification standards
- Scout emerging technology and AI partners

Requirements:

- 15+ years in enterprise software
- 7+ years leading partnerships, alliances, or ecosystems
- Experience bringing AI partners and solutions to market
- Knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, cloud, and AI
- Experience leading senior leaders across distinct businesses
