This experienced supervisor leads hourly workforce activities across Power, Recovery, and Recaust. The position supports reliable operations through scheduling, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, incident follow-up, and performance measurement. It requires practical pulp mill knowledge and disciplined safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering activities
- Maintain staffing through crew scheduling and time-off processes
- Reinforce safety programs, accountability, and ownership
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC, TSBC,



environmental, and ISO requirements
- Track KPIs supporting operational targets and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Second Class Power Engineer certificate or higher
- Five years’ pulp mill operations experience minimum
- Two years’ supervisory experience, preferably in unionized settings
- Practical knowledge of recovery and power boilers
- Ability to assess situations and make sound operational decisions
