Drive retail performance for Multy by analyzing DIY customer data, strengthening Joint Business Plans, and improving sell-through across commercial programs.
As Senior Sales Analyst, you will translate retailer and vendor datasets into corrective strategies for major home improvement accounts. Your work spans pricing, volume commitments, seasonal and 365 programs, promotional return on investment, inventory health, and margin protection. The position partners with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Production, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify whitespace and underperforming categories through POS analysis
- Track growth targets, pricing strategies, and volume commitments
- Audit promotions for volume lift and margin dilution
- Flag inventory risks and coordinate remediation strategies
- Represent Sales in cross-functional S&OP; integration
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in CPG, durable goods, or related commercial functions
- Home and Garden or Building Materials experience preferred
- Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and modeling skills
- Power BI or comparable data visualization experience preferred
- Confident executive presentation and discussion leadership abilities
