This hands-on Divisional Controller position oversees financial operations for newly added commercial properties within a respected Canadian organization. You will support a client currently operating on MRI while collaborating with a broader organization using Yardi. The work connects property accounting leadership, reporting accuracy, and trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate a significant current property management portfolio
- Support MRI-based client operations during onboarding
- Manage cash, forecasts, distributions, and lender reporting
- Complete monthly reporting, GST compliance, and audits




- Mentor property accounting professionals and improve controls

Requirements:

- Extensive commercial property management accounting experience
- At least five years of hands-on property accounting experience
- Strong MRI experience is essential
- Proven staff leadership or mentoring experience
- Knowledge of Yardi, lease interpretation, and financial controls
