Apply automated packaging expertise at Refresco, operating production machinery while maintaining product quality, accuracy, and food safety. Work efficiently toward production targets.

The Machine Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and supports high-volume beverage manufacturing. You will operate and monitor fillers, carton packers, case packers, palletizers, coders, conveyors, and related equipment. The work requires SOP compliance, accurate inspections, changeover skills, and explicit communication with production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow production schedules and established operating procedures
- Check machine settings, tooling, components, and equipment function
- Respond promptly to coding, labeling, packaging, and product defects




- Communicate equipment concerns and production issues by radio
- Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout each shift

Requirements:

- Experience operating automated packaging or beverage equipment preferred
- Three to five years of food manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of beverage production equipment and auxiliary machinery
- Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, WHMIS, or sanitation
- Forklift experience or certification considered an asset
