As Portfolio Real Estate Strategy Manager, you will assess how real assets can create value through redevelopment, sale, or disposition. The position combines opportunity development, due diligence, business cases, and transaction execution. You will also coordinate consultants, developers, municipalities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and advocate for new development or sales opportunities
- Coordinate due diligence, project costing, and technical work
- Create proposals, alternatives, and options for client approval
- Assess third-party proposals and coordinate stakeholder recommendations




- Ensure projects conform to BCE goals and agreements

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive real estate experience
- Expertise in property valuation and highest-and-best-use assessments
- Strong financial modeling, investment analysis, and business cases
- Knowledge of zoning, entitlements, and municipal approvals
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
