This Accounts Payable Specialist role focuses on accurate, timely supplier invoice processing within company policies and internal controls. You will verify account coding, tax treatment, purchase order matching, and approvals while resolving discrepancies. Solid communication supports vendor service and internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process supplier invoices accurately within established timelines
- Match purchase orders and validate required approvals
- Research pricing variances and duplicate invoices
- Follow up with approvers on outstanding processing
- Assist with vendor statement reconciliations

Requirements:

- Three or more years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
- Experience processing high volumes of supplier invoices
- Experience resolving discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Knowledge of US sales tax and Canadian GST/HST preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
