As Program Implementation Manager, you will align operational solutions, processes, and deliverables with intended outcomes. You will work across operational leaders, delivery teams, and functional owners to establish governance, confirm accountability, and address readiness gaps. Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and assess business, operational, and delivery requirements

Requirements:

- Four to seven years of relevant program, project, or implementation experience
- Demonstrated transition experience supporting operational initiatives entering Business As Usual
- Experience leading cross functional teams in matrix environments
- Ability to lead through influence across complex environments
- Practical problem solving in implementation and transition contexts
