As Head of Technical Solutions, you will lead the teams deploying Gorgias’s AI Agent after enterprise deals close. You will define standard offers, guide custom integrations, and connect delivery to revenue, retention, automation, and margin. You will also lead pre-sales Solutions Engineering.

and ERP integrations Own pre-sales to post-sales technical handoffs Balance deployments against re-optimization and churn risk Turn custom builds into templates, playbooks, and product updates

Requirements:
