This permanent direct-hire position combines architecture, software delivery, reliability evaluation, and technical leadership. You will work with Python, TypeScript, Docker, and CI/CD on applications used by real people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the new project's evolving AI agent architecture
- Build end-to-end systems for production users
- Evaluate performance and preserve reliable system behavior
- Share best practices through reviews and mentoring
- Help founders make technical and product decisions
Requirements:
- Five or more years of development experience
- Experience delivering multiple AI projects
- Previously shipped AI agents or LLM applications
- Experience keeping production AI systems running
- French and English fluency
