Define AI-native engineering practices at CXT Software while leading distributed teams through measurable change, experiments, and reliable SaaS delivery.

This Vice President of Software Engineering reports to the CTO and leads engineering and SaaS operations across multiple products. You will coach Directors, architects, and senior engineers while verifying AI adoption through behavior and results. CXT Software supports courier, route delivery, and healthcare logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set hiring standards and develop engineering leaders
- Coach teams through AI-assisted development and operational change
- Measure experiments using baselines and success criteria
- Plan roadmaps with Product and raise trade-offs early




- Drive customer escalations to root cause with Customer Success

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Led engineering organizations through managers across multiple products
- Led AI assistant adoption across multiple teams with measured results
- Hands-on flow-based delivery at scale, including CI/CD
- Qualified English and North American business-hours overlap
