This Senior Project Engineer leads engineering phases from concept development through detailed design, construction, startup, training, and manufacturing handover. The position works with plant teams, external engineering partners, contractors, and vendors to deliver value-driven projects. Responsibilities include compliance, safety, environmental stewardship, cost control, schedules, documentation, and design verification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead capital projects through concept, design, construction, and startup
- Prepare estimates, proposals, documentation, training, and project closure
- Ensure engineering, regulatory, company, safety, and environmental compliance




- Use Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement methodologies appropriately
- Confirm completed projects achieve established design objectives

Requirements:

- Degree in Applied Sciences, Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Engineering
- Five or more related years preferred in food or manufacturing
- Sound technical ability and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to build consensus and influence change through communication
