Analyze manufacturing costs, inflation, and operational performance as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting McCain’s global operations from Toronto.
McCain Foods seeks a full time analyst to strengthen financial planning and cost management across Global Finance and Operations. You will examine cost drivers, product costing, pricing, usage trends, and regional results. The position partners with manufacturing leaders, regional finance teams, and corporate stakeholders to identify reductions, improve efficiency, and support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analyses of manufacturing costs and operational performance
- Identify cost drivers and operational efficiency opportunities
- Develop product costing benchmarks and analytical frameworks
- Monitor global costing and inventory policy compliance
- Support standardized methodologies, templates, policies, and training
Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ financial analysis or cost management experience
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and reporting
- Strong ability to interpret data and recommend actions
- Manufacturing or CPG experience strongly preferred
- CPA, MBA, and AI-enabled tools knowledge are assets
