Coordinate resident care and lead unit activities as a casual Registered Nurse at Anson Place Care Centre in Hagersville. Flexible schedule support scheduling needs and vacant shifts.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will oversee resident-focused delivery while promoting the Home’s values, goals, and philosophy. The work includes care assessments, plan updates, physician orders, medication administration, and communication with families, health personnel, and substitute decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess health changes and report them to appropriate contacts
- Complete RAI-MDS and other health care assessments
- Process physician orders and administer treatments
- Liaise with families, agencies, and health care personnel




- Take charge of unit activities and the Home when required

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse certificate of competence or equivalent Canadian registration
- Basic CPR
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary team members
- Knowledge of RAI-MDS, with AIS certification required within one year
- Three supervisory references and required screening documentation
