As Wireless Manager, you will inspire a sales team, manage kiosk operations, and help deliver strong sales and service. Your work includes budgets, forecasting, merchandising, retail metrics, recruitment, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and coach wireless sales experts
- Manage kiosk operations efficiently and expertly
- Forecast sales and manage retail budgets
- Oversee merchandising and retail metrics
- Support great customer experiences and service
Requirements:
- Three to five years managing retail teams
- Proven ability to drive sales and service
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good customer service instincts and problem-solving ability
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
