This Rebate Recovery Officer position focuses on claim lodgement, financial reconciliation and stakeholder coordination. You will investigate unpaid rebates involving solar, batteries, hot water heat pumps and EV chargers. Working with installers, partners and internal teams, you will progress disputed or incomplete claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritise follow-up by claim age, value and recovery likelihood
- Contact partners and teams to progress outstanding items
- Investigate mismatches, incomplete submissions and processing errors
- Maintain claim status, next steps and expected recovery dates




- Escalate rejection, expiry or non-recovery risks

Requirements:

- Two or more years’ relevant recovery or claims experience
- Explicit communication and persistent professional follow-up
- Strong organisation managing documents, deadlines and multiple claims
- Practical problem-solving and process improvement interest
- Relevant finance, business or accounting qualification welcomed
