As Assistant Manager, SCM Operations, you will manage logistics performance, transportation expenses, appointments, and customer service. The full time, permanent role connects warehouse operations with sales, procurement, and customer service stakeholders. Your work will improve supply chain flexibility, cost-effectiveness, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment through data-informed planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize transportation routes, expenses, warehouse layouts, and storage methods
- Manage logistics appointments and customer service activities
- Identify operational inefficiencies through data analytics and reporting
- Develop contingency plans for delays, shortages,



and equipment failures
- Coordinate integrated supply chain activities across internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related discipline
- Seven to ten years’ supply chain management experience required
- Three leadership years spanning warehouse planning and logistics operations
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS, SAP, Oracle, and logistics software
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior management
