The Controller leads finance for Hockley Valley Resort and Adamo Estate Winery, a 300-acre, four-season destination. This senior finance leader supports business decisions through financial analysis, scenario planning, and operational reporting. The position also maintains communication with Sunray Corporate regarding reporting requirements, policies, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and management reports
- Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial documentation
- Coordinate required information and reporting for Sunray Corporate
- Analyze revenue, labour costs, payroll trends, and operating expenses




- Partner with leaders to investigate budget variances and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Five or more years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Experience supervising accounting or finance operations
- Knowledge of accounting systems, reporting tools, and process improvement
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to multiple stakeholders
- Hospitality, tourism, resort, food and beverage, or events experience preferred
