BDO is seeking an Insolvency Advisor for its Personal Debt Solutions team. You will understand client needs, conduct consultations, and recommend effective service options. The position combines debtor and creditor assistance with file preparation, community outreach, business development, presentations, and social media promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess debtor situations during initial consultations
- Recommend appropriate personal debt solution options
- Assist debtors and creditors regarding bankruptcies and proposals
- Prepare files and documents for client signing
- Use outreach, presentations, and social media to promote offerings

Requirements:

- Two or more years in customer service, banking, or credit counseling
- Ability to collaborate with debtors, creditors, and team members
- Robust attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Personal ownership for quality and timely work
