Working alongside the manager, you will help oversee daily nursery operations and support the established team. You will develop trusting family relationships, collaborate with outside agencies, and help keep children safe. The role calls for nursery leadership experience, solid safeguarding knowledge, and an excellent understanding of EYFS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the manager across nursery operations
- Support smooth day-to-day running of the setting

Requirements:
- Level 3 minimum UK-recognised early years qualification
- Leadership experience in a nursery setting
- Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Extensive knowledge of children’s safeguarding
- Regular safeguarding training and enhanced DBS checks
