Ledcor Highways Ltd. is seeking winter seasonal operators for work from October 1st to April 30th, with potential for year-round employment. Operators help keep Alberta highways protected by driving snowplow trucks, operating wheel loaders, and completing maintenance tasks. Shift work, on-call availability, and night shifts are required as weather patterns change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplow trucks during winter maintenance operations
- Drive wheel loaders and other required heavy equipment
- Perform crack sealing and pothole repair duties
- Clean bridges, signage, and highway areas
- Respond to hazards on Alberta Provincial Highways

Requirements:

- Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 licence with air endorsement
- Clear three-year driver’s abstract
- Availability for shift work, on-call, and night shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Successful pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
