You will communicate Chase Payment Solutions value, recommend solutions aligned with business needs, and convert qualified prospects. Daily work includes campaigns, referrals, contracts, pipeline reporting, and administrative execution. The position reports to a Vice President, Small Business Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls, email cadences, and targeted campaigns
- Track campaign connections, meetings, wins, and losses
- Manage inbound referrals and provide clear source updates




- Capture referral details and next steps in Salesforce
- Prepare accurate contracts and supporting documentation

Requirements:

- French and English bilingual communication ability
- One to two years of inside sales experience preferred
- Ability to build customer trust over the phone
- Solid time management and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of products and pricing, or quick learning ability
