As a Client Engagement Associate, you will be the first line of support within CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team. You will introduce clients to mobile banking applications, answer questions, and help manage accounts and products. Your work includes explaining relevant services, completing basic banking product sales, and identifying specialist referral opportunities. You will listen carefully, understand client needs, address issues with accountability, and connect clients with the right CIBC team members. This regular position is on-site full-time, with 37.5 weekly hours. Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends, and flexibility across multiple nearby banking centres is required.
