As a Collections Agent, you will contact past-due customers, evaluate account risk, and guide repayment conversations. The role serves Northlake Financial’s automotive finance business and requires accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and independent judgment. Customer service remains central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate approved contact with past-due customers
- Develop customized repayment solutions for delinquent accounts
- Evaluate risks and escalate accounts when appropriate

Requirements:

- Written and verbal French and English bilingual ability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively within teams

- Previous collections, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
