Support Stone Tile International’s commercial sales team in the GTA with accurate orders, payments, and client-focused communication. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

As Sales Support Coordinator, you will assist the outside A&D; sales team with daily order management and sales support. You will collaborate with sales and logistics, resolve order questions, and provide timely updates. Success requires organization, problem-solving, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide dedicated support to commercial sales
- Resolve order questions with internal teams
- Maintain accurate information across relevant systems
- Build relationships with sales and cross-functional partners
- Provide broader team coverage as needed

Requirements:

- Sales support, order processing, or customer service experience
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Customer-focused, solutions-oriented communication style
- Collaborative approach and skilled demeanor
