Drive continuous improvement for MDA’s space products using LEAN, Six Sigma, process analysis, and corrective actions. Work with teams across production and testing.

This Industrial Engineer helps industrialize company processes and maintain consistency between work teams. You will analyze internal operations, design productivity assessment tools, and improve methods affecting assembly and test quality. The position communicates with program management, design, procurement, test, quality assurance, and assembly throughout improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze internal processes and manage process optimization
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities across participating teams
- Lead or support corrective-action development and implementation




- Improve quality and security in production and test areas
- Develop documents and processes for operational activities

Requirements:

- Engineering bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, and improvement methods
- Strategic vision with proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance

Use process expertise, improvement methods, and communication skills to strengthen MDA’s assembly, testing, and space-product operations.
